We came to our site for a large family gathering to celebrate a couple of long wedding anniversaries. It was perfect as family members of all ages could walk between and meet at each others lodges. We talked with each other and caught up with family members not seen in years. In the long run it was cheaper than an evening hired hall party. We were able to hear ourselves speak, no loud music. Our party lasted four days and we didn't annoy the neighbours either. People were at their leisure and it was very much enjoyed by all. Some are even planning to come back for another break and enjoy the countryside.

This was our first family holiday in a Hoseasons lodge and the whole experience was brilliant. The quality of accommodation high and the facilities perfect for a family holiday with young children. I was very impressed and not disappointed at all.

The lodges were very nice & secluded, would be lovely in the summer with the large veranda & patio doors. We will certainly book again in the future. Great value for money.

We thought Shorefields was a lovely location for both couples and families, young and old, ideal for everyone. Although we didn't explore the Park it looked very nice from what we did see. We were amazed at our log cabin and didn't know we would have a four poster bed, the kitchen was very well equipped and the surroundings were very peaceful, close to beach and easy to get to shops etc.

A short walk to a pleasant, non-commercial sea front and lovely cliff walks! Awesome!

I would heartily recommend this holiday for anyone with a dog. There are plenty of places to walk and the beaches are dog friendly. There are also places to eat where you can sit outside with your dog. All the normal facilities are available but the reason that I chose this holiday was because I hoped that it would be suitable for my dog and it didn't disappoint.

We would certainly recommend Shorefield Country Park for the following reasons: large, but very peaceful park with a lot of privacy (lodges situated in nice areas), Spar shop on the park open every day and night, walking distance (footpath from the park) to the sea and Milford-on-Sea (with lovely views to Isle of Wight), close to the beautiful New Forest, nice heated outdoor swimming pool.

A lovely park in a safe, peaceful location. Ideally situated to enjoy the surrounding area, and plenty to do on site for the family.

Shorefields is a wonderful friendly holiday resort which is ideally located for exploring the New Forest and IOW. The accommodation is first class and the staff are very helpful. We had such a wondeful time at Shorefield in Downton, Dorset that our son didn't want to go home!

If you need a relaxing, stress free short break you can't do any better than a lodge at Shorefield. Spotless and well equipped - real value for money. Having returned to Shorefield after a 21 year gap we thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation of our off-peak break. We will most certainly be returning again.
